Reformer pilates for pregnancy

Are you pregnant and looking for a gentle form of exercise to keep you flexible & strong throughout pregnancy whilst also strengthening your pelvic floor to prepare you for child birth??

I receive a lot of questions regarding Pilates and pregnancy and if it's safe. Currently my lovely clientele of pregnant ladies is growing varying from 6- 38 weeks pregnant.

Reformer Pilates is a gentle form of exercise.
As your pregnancy progresses Exercises are modified to suit the individual as once you reach 2nd trimester you don't lay down on your back anymore but there are so many different exercises that Will not only help keep you flexible throughout pregnancy but strengthen your pelvic floor to prepare you for birth whilst also working on your strength.
By far the safest exercise regime to suit pregnant women.
