what exactly do i mean by this??
The older i get, the more i realize that exercising is not about looking a certain way or running off all the food i just ate.
it's about moving your body for healthy, happy joints. In our current lifestyle it's normal to sit hunched over the computer, on the couch, in the car. We spend so much time sitting incorrectly that it creates unhealthy movement patterns, which in turns has a domino effect of the positioning of the bones in the body, creating unhealthy movement and pain throughout.
So when your talking on the phone hunched over, get up. put your head phones in and go for a walk outside. if your sitting all day at your computer, every hour have a 5 minute stretch break. it's so important for the vitality of your body. Get your body moving as much as you can every day and watch the positive effect is has on your body.
