The Vive offers a series of signature classes to energise your body and refresh your mind. All fitness levels are welcome from absolute beginners to seasoned Pilates veterans.

Jumpboards

Jumpboards is your “go to” if you are after that perfect mixture of “cardio,stretch and burn”. During this 50 minute class you will find a perfect blend of burning muscles followed by a number of juicy stretches. If you are looking to increase flexibility, strength, coordination, and balance then this is a class for you.

Stretch & Release

Level 1 will see you build on strength and flexibility. With a strong focus on improving posture, core strength, flexibility and mobility. This class will keepp everything quite basic so you nail the fundamentals before progressing to our level 2.

The Vive Studio Pilates is unique in our offering. Utilizing everyone’s favourite pieces of equipment, a.k.a the Reformer, coupled with the Wunda chair to elevate your Pilates experience and challenge you in new and exciting ways.

Burn, Sculpt & Stretch

Core

It’s time to awaken your POWERHOUSE! During our Core class you will be challenged with exercises and movements to strengthen your core and build overall strength. This 50 minute class will leave you feeling energised and feeling stronger than you ever have. With a mixture of core engaging exercises performed on the reformer we will be sure to target all those muscle groups that are sometimes “hard to reach”.

Suitable for all levels & abilities with modifications available for pre/post natal clients.

Yin Yoga

A practice of sustained, passive poses, fostering deep connective tissue release and enhancing flexibility. Embracing stillness to harmonize body and mind. It promotes introspection and long lasting physical well-being.
